7. Gifted Cleaning — Terms & Conditions

The Gift a Cleaning benefit included with the Seasonal Refresh Plan is subject to the following conditions:

• One gifted cleaning per plan year. The gifted cleaning does not roll over to the following plan year if unused.
• The gifted cleaning must be approximately the same scope and area as the plan member's own scheduled cleaning. It is not transferable as a full-service cleaning for a significantly larger home or a substantially different scope of services.
• The gifted cleaning is limited to the same services included in the plan member's active plan (e.g., carpet cleaning, upholstery, etc.). Additional services outside the plan scope are not included in the gift.
• The recipient must be located within Super Suds Carpet's service area.
• The gifted cleaning must be scheduled and completed within the active 12-month plan period.
• The gifted cleaning cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or applied toward the plan member's own services.
• Super Suds Carpet reserves the right to assess the scope of the gifted cleaning prior to scheduling and to decline if the request falls significantly outside the scope of the plan member's own included services.
